PHPCounter is authored by and is copyrighted by Pierre Far, webmaster and author of eKstreme.com (http://ekstreme.com).
You are not allowed to remove the copyright notices found in PHPCounter.
You may make copies of PHPCounter solely for the purpose of maintaining a backup.
You may redistribute copies PHPCounter only by providing the complete unmodified ZIP file as downloaded from eKstreme.com. Please note that the latest version of PHPCounter can always be downloaded from eKstreme.com. See also Section 5 below.
Noncommercial use is defined as a website that falls under one of the following categories:

PHPCounter is free for noncommercial use.
Commercial use is defined as a website that is for a profit-making institution or entity; for example a company website. If the website does not qualify for noncommercial use as defined in Section 3, then it is deemed to be a commercial website.
To use PHPCounter for commercial use, you must pay a sum equivalent to thirty British Pounds (£30). Links for secure online payment are provided in the PHPCounter installation.
Payment for PHPCounter allows you unlimited use for a single website. Upgrades for future versions are free; that is, a single payment allows you unlimited upgrades.
You may not re-sell PHPCounter.
The code that PHPCounter is composed of may be modified to suit your needs.
You may not remove the copyright notices found in PHPCounter.
You may not redistribute a modified version of PHPCounter.
The terms of this licence may be modified at any time. Modification will be announced on the PHPCounter mailing list and you will have a period of 30 days to accept the new terms.
